What areas do you cover and is there a delivery charge?
We cover all areas within a 4 hour radius of Sydney and also beyond, on request. Our Delivery & Installation fee is calculated based on your order amount and the distance we need to travel from Sydney. Contact us today for a quote!
Are the tents ok in all types of weather?
What do I need to consider when choosing a site for the tent?
– Does the site have 4WD access? (for easy delivery of the tent and equipment)
– Is the site large enough? (check out our tent layouts for sizes)
– Is the site level?
– Is the site liable to flooding?
– Is there an electricity supply? (we can provide a generator if not)
We prefer to conduct a site visit for all larger installations (especially for the Sperry Tents) - this is done as soon as possible and free of charge.
What is the procedure for booking a tent?
Firstly, contact us to check availability and discuss the requirements for your event. Once we have confirmed we can help, we will send you a quote. Once you're happy with your quote, we send you an invoice with payment details. We’ll require a 25% deposit to lock-in your event and then the balance two weeks before the big day.
Can I style my own tent or customise one of your pre-styled tent packages?
Of course! Feel free to style the tent anyway you want, the options are endless! The packages are there to provide inspiration – talk to us about customising those packages in any way.
What is the hire period for a tent?
All prices quoted are for a full days hire however we typically setup the tent the day before and remove the tent the day after your event. If you need the tent for longer, just ask and we can provide a quote that will cover your entire event.
